Laura Richardson, Ph.D., MBA
Starting my career in the technology world, I thought I would be a future CTO. What I found was that I enjoyed the work and loved tech, but excelled in the people part of the job. I wanted to do more of that.
Many years later, and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology later, I have worked with folks that span the breadth of experiences and goals, from corporate CEOS, to Starbucks baristas, to suicidal teens and their families. And there is a space where coaching fits in to my work — when my clients have resolved the crises and met their therapy goals and are ready for personal development and life goals beyond stable mental health. And that is where this coaching practice was born.
